Appointments

We always remind you 7-10 days prior to your scheduled appointment.

please contact us right away if there is an issue

Exterior cleanings do not require you to be home.

Exterior cleanings are scheduled by day with no specific time.

If we are running ahead or behind schedule we will contact you.


Preparation

Just a few things to consider before we arrive .

If you have sliding glass doors,

unlock the screen doors but leave them in the frame.

If you are not home,

close and lock all windows.

If you are removing your own screens,

remove the day prior to service.

If you are removing your own storm windows,

remove the day prior to service.

If we are working inside,

clear knicknacks and such from sills .

If we are power washing or soft washing,

have your outside faucets on.

Quality

Over 99% of the windows we clean come out crystal clear, but we are not perfect.  If you see anything that does not look right, even one streak, please let us know right away.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed!  We are in your neighborhood all the time and will gladly come back to fix anything that might not be just right.


Perfection is not possible, but your satisfaction is!  We are your service company.  Just let us know.  If something is wrong, it won't be for long.

Payment

Full payment is due at the time of service.  If you have not prepaid and will not be home, simply put a check into an envelope and tape to either the front or back door.
